PREPARATION

DO NOT DEEP FRY.

DO NOT THAW. NO BRINE NEEDED.

COOK DIRECTLY FROM FROZEN

Preheat oven to 350°F

Remove frozen turkey from outer bag. Loosen the inner wrapping by running under cold water for a minute and massage. Use grip and tear to remove turkey.

Place turkey in 3" deep roasting pan with breast side up on a rack, coil, or foil. Do not cover or add water. Brush or spray turkey with oil. Position in center of oven.

Roast until fully cooked. Roasting time will vary by oven. After 4 hours, loosely tent the breast with foil to avoid overcooking. Turkey is done when the internal temperature reaches 170°F in the breast and thigh.

Remove from oven. Be careful of hot juices. Rest 20-30 minutes in pan.

Carve and serve.
