A crane collapsed in Hurricane Milton. Authorities aren’t investigating
Lawmakers years ago banned cities and counties from overseeing crane safety in storms. Local officials want change.

Days later, an aerial drone view showed the broken crane still wedged into the damaged building and splayed across the street. [ DIRK SHADD | Times ]
