Provide a one-line summary of your solution.
Soaak Technologies provides its proprietary mindfulness, mental health, and wellness services worldwide after years of in-clinic success.
Film your elevator pitch.
What specific problem are you solving?

Mental health and wellness issues are common in Indian Country and worldwide. The coronavirus pandemic did not help the status of mental health and wellness, but luckily the stigma once associated with mental health and wellness issues is dissipating. These shifting attitudes allow researchers to better understand the impact of mental health and wellness issues being felt worldwide now that they can be more openly discussed.

Statists show that a staggering amount of people are impacted by stress alone, which is the root cause of 75-90% of all visits to doctor's offices (WebMD). The stats are staggering:

In addition to impacting individuals, mental health and wellness problems also make an impact on our enterprises:

What is your solution?

Soaak Technologies provides clinically proven mindfulness, mental health, and wellness services to individuals, enterprises, and governments in over 34 countries, and is HSA & FSA approved.

Soaak utilizes a three-part protocol to help promote mindfulness and alleviate stress, anxiety, and depression while promoting better sleep, mood, focus, and more. This clinically-backed, three-part protocol consists of:

  1. Proprietary, soothing sound frequencies
  2. Daily Mindful Intention™ messages
  3. Customized 21-day immersion programs

We have provided over twelve million minutes of sound frequency therapy to thousands of clients and members worldwide. Initially established in a clinic with medical doctors, holistic doctors, nurses, and specialized technicians, Soaak developed proprietary sound frequency treatments to address a variety of symptoms and disorders affecting mental health and wellness, including stress, sleep disorders, brain/COVID fog, low energy, depression, anxiety, and more.

Soaak has replicated its in-clinic practice digitally by creating a web portal, iOS & Android mobile apps, a Roku channel, and consumer and enterprise skills for Alexa enabled devices – allowing our consumer and enterprise members access to our proven mindfulness, mental health, and wellness solutions whenever, and wherever they need it.

Soaak Sound Frequencies: Proprietary, clinically proven sound frequency mixes help the mind and body resonate at healthy cellular levels, improving mood, mental health, and wellness. The frequency mixes have been professionally curated for maximum efficacy. Five minutes of Soaak has been compared to one hour of meditation, but with greater outcomes.

Mindful Intentions: Proprietary and clinically proven positive affirmations boost your mood and increase mindfulness and mental health, strengthening Soaak sound frequencies’ efficacy. Soaak members receive two positive Mindful Intention messages each day to help remove negative thought patterns while promoting positive self-talk.

21-Day Immersion Programs: Custom programs providing education, inspiration, and insight from global leaders in their area of expertise. These programs combine the experts’ extensive knowledge with our clinically-proven sound frequencies in powerful daily doses of 5 minutes or less, delivered to any device.

Strong preference will be given to Native-led solutions that directly benefit and are located within the Indigenous communities. Which community(s) does your solution benefit? In what ways will your solution benefit this community?

Soaak is a majority Native American-owned company currently headquartered and operating out of Tulsa, Oklahoma, with offices and team members located within the boundaries of the Muscogee Creek Nation and Cherokee Nation. Soaak is actively testing its mindfulness, mental health, and wellness services with members and employees of the Cherokee Nation.

Soaak does not seek to only provide mindfulness, mental health, and wellness services to one community, but to every community.

Soaak can tailor its services to meet any community's desires. Soaak can be made available to individuals as a one-off service, it can be offered as an employee or community benefit to all members or employees, and it can be integrated into an enterprise or government backend as a white-labeled service.

Soaak can easily be customized to any community by creating custom sound frequency mixes paired with local artists' works, Mindful Intentions written by community members, and 21-Day Programs designed and spoken by community leaders.

How are you and your team well-positioned to deliver this solution?

Three of the four co-founders of Soaak are citizens of Native Nations. All four have Native American heritage, with two being citizens of the Cherokee Nation and one a citizen of the Chickasaw Nation. Our team has prior experience working for and with our communities and regularly speaking at community and nationwide events for Native American leaders and entrepreneurs.

The Soaak platform was created with adaptability in mind from the outset. Our mindfulness, mental health, and wellness solution can be customized at the platform and content levels to accommodate any community's needs.

When entering into a relationship with any community, a significant amount of time (one to 12+ months) is spent speaking with decision-makers, identifying the needs and desires of the community, how to best integrate Soaak with constituents, creating and sharing new content tailored to the community, and testing before implementation.

Additionally, Soaak can easily be customized for any community by creating custom sound frequency mixes paired with local artists' works, Mindful Intentions written by community members, and 21-Day Programs designed and spoken by community leaders.
