Is this even legal?
Siro is 100% legal. In 37 states and all of Canada, you’re under one-party consent laws, which means you actually do not have to inform the customer you're recording – though we still recommend that you do. For the 13 states that have two-party consent laws, you will need to inform the customer. We’ll train your team on the best approach to transparency. Data shows that less than 1% of customers reject a recording.
How will my team feel being recorded?
Siro is all about how you frame it to your team. It should not be presented as a micromanagement tool, but as a collaborative, collective knowledge-sharing tool that will help everyone improve together. And your management team has to follow through on that promise! The first month is critical. Our team will help you get started on the right foot with positive coaching.
How much time & effort does Siro take?
Every team is unique, but here are some general guidelines based on our most successful customers:
Managers should spend at least 2 hours listening in Siro per week and send 5 to 10 comments per week.
Sales reps should listen to at least 30 minutes of Siro recordings per week. We recommend they pick up one small thing each week they can apply in future appointments to help them close more deals.
What does onboarding look like?
Customers have access to the platform within hours of signing an agreement, and are typically fully onboarded within 2-3 weeks.
Onboarding includes multiple phases, including:
Leadership alignment
At least two rep onboarding sessions
At least two Manager onboarding sessions
Ongoing check-ins
Can I try Siro for free?
