Our CEO Mark Otero taught himself English by reading Dungeons & Dragons books and became one of the most successful video game designers in history. His mobile titles, including Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes, have grossed billions.

In 2022, Mark founded Azra to craft the next generation of role-playing games and raised $68m to build a world-class team that is creating RPG titles at studios in Sacramento and in Austin. Azra’s proprietary AI stack (RPG GameKit) is letting us bring cross-platform games to market faster than anyone in the industry.

Our flagship title launches later this year, and it’s going to be a monster.

Our flagship title is a dark and gritty interpretation of classic Sword & Sorcery, a reflection of our broken modern world. It is the most graphically advanced, richly-detailed mobile game ever released, celebrating masculine heroism in a game destined to redefine the RPG genre.
