In his first public remarks since resigning as national security adviser, John Bolton discussed U.S.-North Korea relations and initiatives by President Trump to reach a nuclear arms deal. He told the audience that military force against the regime “has to be an option.” He also said he believes Kim Jong Un “will do whatever he can to keep a deliverable nuclear capability.” close
